  Settings > Developers Option > Tick ''USB debugging'' box to enable

 For Android 4.2: Settings > About Phone > Developer Options > Tick ''USB debugging" Then tap OK
 For Android 4.3 and later (and some versions of 4.2): Settings >About Phone > Tap ''Build number'' seven times till you see the message: "Developer mode has been enabled"
How To Easily Root Android Phone In One Click

Method 1:
 KingoRoot (First check supported devices list , if your device is unlisted, go to method 2)

 - Download Android Root and install it on your PC then open it.
 - Connect your phone to PC via USB.
 - Click ''Root'' and wait for the process!

 Click ''Finish'' then reboot your phone! (Check your phone applications, a new app called SuperSu should be installed)
 (To unroot your device simply run Android Root again, connect your phone, then click Remove Root)


Method 2:
 Using Root Genius (Check your if your device is listed in the supported devices List, if it's not, go to Method 3)

 Root Genius does not need to be installed on your computer, just download it from this xda forums attachment link then run it on your PC.
 - Connect your phone (with USB debugging enabled of course)
 - Once your device detected by Root Genius, click on Root It ! (rooting may take few minutes)

 Check your phone applications, a new app should be installed called KingUser (means your device has been rooted successfully)
 Root Checker is also a good tool to verify if your phone is rooted.
 To unroot, open KingUser app, go to settings then click on Remove Root Permission.

 - Check if your device is supported here.

 - Download OneClickRoot and install it on your PC.
 - Connect your phone using USB cable (with USB Debugging enabled).
